I had a fantastic stay, thanks to the exceptional customer service and the well-organized database that made check-in seamless. My room featured a truly comfy bed that provided a restful night's sleep, ensuring I woke up refreshed and ready to explore.

The only slight downside was the occasional background noise from the hallway, which was mildly disruptive at times. this did not overshadow my overall enjoyable experience.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Best aspects were the friendly and welcoming staff, secure parking, and clean and modern room. The hotel facilities were great, and we loved the atmosphere in the bar. Despite being located in a busy area, we were pleasantly surprised that the room was quiet and we had a comfortable sleep.

The bed was extremely comfortable which helped me get a great night's sleep. the shower had amazing water pressure, which was perfect for getting me relaxed in the morning. the location of the hotel was great, as it was close to many shops and restaurants. I really enjoyed the delicious room service that was delivered quickly.

Accessing the room was difficult, especially with the rain, due to there being no indoor entry from within the hotel. the internet was also terrible, making it difficult for me to check my emails as I was travelling for business.

We had a great stay at Nightcap At Manhattan. The location was convenient and the buffet was delicious. The room service was fast and the shower had nice warm water. The staff provided us with fresh water bottles daily. The renovated bathroom was clean and spacious. Despite some noise from the bar downstairs, the heating in the room worked wonderfully. I would recommend this hotel.

The rooms were new and clean, with great refurbished furniture. The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to lend a hand. The location was ideal, with plenty of parking spaces and a great selection of beers at the bar. Being able to enjoy a cold beer after a long day of work was definitely a plus.

Some aspects could be improved. The towels were a bit scratchy, and there were no tea towels in the kitchen.
